- 1 chicken breast (700 g);
- 300 g frozen spinach;

Method for making spinach soup with meatballs
Cut the chicken breast - remove the skin, draw a sharp knife along the keel bone, cut the fillet. You can leave some meat on the bone - this will make soup broth more rich.
Put the remaining breasts and skin in a pan, add a bunch of parsley, onion, a clove of garlic, pour 1.5 liters of water. Bring the broth to a boil, cook over low heat for 35 minutes, then filter through a sieve.
