Fruit pie will cook quickly and will be tasty if you mix more different ingredients in its filling - add any nuts and dried fruits, pears, apples, candied fruits. It is important to cut fresh fruit into small cubes and the fillings should be plenty! The dough for the pie is the simplest, in a food processor its ingredients are mixed in a matter of minutes, you just have to connect the filling with the dough and send the form to the oven, which must be heated immediately, as the baking powder begins to react with liquid products at room temperature. In the recipe, the baking dish is square, measuring 21x21 centimeters.

Ingredients for Fruit Pie with Apples, Pears and Nuts
- 1 apple
- 2 pears;
- 50 g blanched peanuts;
- 50 g of raisins;
- 15 g coconut flakes;
- 5 g ground cinnamon;
- 15 g of granulated sugar.

Mix the ingredients of the filling. Cut the pears and apple into small cubes, add granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
Soak raisins in hot water for several minutes, wash, dry on a paper towel, add to fruit. We chop finely blanched peanuts with a sharp knife or knead a rolling pin.
Add coconut, I had blue, I used to make it myself from fresh coconut and painted with a drop of blue paint. By the way, it turned out very well - an excellent decoration of festive desserts and an addition to muffins, for color baking.
Now turn on the oven to heat, so that by the time the dough is ready, it warms up to the desired temperature (170 degrees Celsius).
We make the dough - mix the softened butter, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, add the eggs one at a time, put the sour cream. We combine wheat flour with baking powder and ground cinnamon, then gently mix dry and liquid products in a deep bowl, the resulting mass should be quite thick.
Add the filling, mix - the dough is ready and you need to send it to the oven as soon as possible.
Grease the refractory baking dish with butter, sprinkle with corn or semolina.
We spread the mass, evenly distribute in shape a layer of the same thickness.
We put the mold on the middle level of a hot oven, cook for 30-35 minutes, depending on the characteristics of the stove and the thickness of the fruit cake.
