My chicken, put in a deep pan, pour two liters of cold water. For this recipe for potato soup, I recommend chicken thighs on the bone, drumsticks, chicken legs or wings, so it will be tastier.
Carefully wash the carrots, scrape with a vegetable scraper, cut coarsely. Add the chopped carrots to the pan.
We peel the heads of onions from the husk, cut into two parts, send the onions to the pan after the carrot.
We put a small bunch of parsley with a spine, a couple of bay leaves. You can also add a few cloves of garlic and an umbrella of dill or arrows of garlic, as in this recipe.

Meanwhile, we heat the butter in a pan, quickly fry the doctor sausages cut in thick circles.
We transfer the fried sausages into a pot with soup, add finely chopped parsley or any other herbs to your liking.
Pour potato soup into a plate, season with sour cream, served on a table with a slice of white bread. Enjoy your meal.
