If you are in a hurry, and there is no time to wait 10 hours for the cookies to soak, just dip it in a little warm milk before putting it on a layer of chocolate paste. Dampened with milk, it is easily chopped and the cake can be served to the table in an hour.
For the filling, you can use any fruit and berries, but always processed: cooked in syrup or caramelized. You can sprinkle fresh berries on the finished dessert before serving.

- 50 g canned peaches;

A method of preparing a cake without baking "hut"
Grind softened butter (100 g) and fine granulated sugar (50 g) until smooth and homogeneous. Gradually add cocoa powder, instead of which you can safely use any kind of instant cocoa. I tried, it turns out pretty good too. We remove the finished mixture in the refrigerator.
We wipe the fat cottage cheese through a fine sieve - the curd paste should be thick and without grains, otherwise it will not taste good.
Add the remaining butter (150 g), vanilla sugar and granulated sugar (50 g) to the curd, and grind until a smooth mass is obtained. If you like sweet desserts, then increase the amount of sugar.
We spread two layers of baking paper on a flat surface. We put three rows of cookies, leaving a gap between the rows of about 5 millimeters. We mark the borders of the rectangle with a simple pencil - we will apply chocolate paste to this place, after which we remove the cookies.
Spread the cooled chocolate paste in the center of the paper. Using a knife with a wide blade, gently spread it, filling the drawn rectangle, level it to make the layer the same thickness.
Put the pastry in three rows on the pasta again.
On the middle row we put half the curd mass. The layer should be even, approximately the same along its entire length.
We put canned peaches on the curd. Instead, you can take any soft fruits (very ripe banana, berries from jam, caramelized apples).
Add a long strip of the remaining curd paste.
We take the edges of the paper, gently lift, form a hut. Carefully wrap and send to the refrigerator compartment for 10-12 hours.
It is convenient to cook this cake the day before - the next day you can serve it for breakfast. Overnight in the refrigerator, the cookies will become soft, the curd and chocolate mass will solidify well, so the pieces are smooth and beautiful.
Serve a cake for tea with jam or canned fruit.
