The most delicious apple pies, in my opinion, are obtained in autumn and winter, because a lot depends on the variety, and, therefore, the taste and aroma of apples. There are a lot of recipes for charlotte, in this - I like the original sliced fruit. Pie can be cut in different ways, and in any slice there will be many juicy apples, perfectly baked!

Ingredients for Curd Charlotte with Apples
- 3 large sweet and sour apples;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 200 g of sugar;
- 200 g fat cottage cheese;
- 45 g sour cream;
- 30 g butter;
- 180 g of wheat flour;
- 5 g of drinking soda;
- 9 g baking powder;
- ground cinnamon, icing sugar.

Break fresh chicken eggs into a bowl, if small, it is better to take three pieces. Add the fine white granulated sugar to the eggs, whisk with a whisk until the mass brightens.
Add fresh fat curd to the bowl. Never put stale cottage cheese into the dough so that the older generation does not repeat it. For any baking, including traditional cheesecakes, we use only fresh sour-milk products. With a whisk, mix the cottage cheese with the egg-sugar mixture.
Next, add sour cream, again, better oily, so it will be tastier.
We mix premium wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda separately. Then sift this mixture into a bowl of liquid ingredients. Dry products should be added to the dough gradually, in small portions, immediately mixed.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, cool. Pour the melted and slightly cooled oil into the dough, mix gently.
Cover the bowl with foil and leave at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the apples and heat the oven to 180 degrees.
We grease a baking dish with a high side with butter, sprinkle with wheat flour, spread the dough.
Cut the middle of the apples, cut the fruit into thin slices. I advise you to use a vegetable cutter so that the slices come out the same thickness. Each sliced apple is cut in half, laid in a mold as shown in the photo.
We send the form to the heated oven on the middle shelf, baking for about 40 minutes. The finished cake should brown and become elastic, if you gently press with your fingers - it springs, does not fail. The exact baking time will depend on the size of the baking dish.
We immediately remove the charlotte from the mold, cool it on the wire rack, and you can also put several bamboo Chinese chopsticks under the cake. If the baking is left in the form, it will sweat, the bottom will be wet and unappetizing.
Sprinkle cottage cheese charlotte with powdered sugar and ground cinnamon through a fine strainer.
